Is it just for your CPU? If you go CPU and GPU I'd at least get a 360 rad for it...A 240 for a CPU loop...

With those Pana fans you have I would go for the GTX rad, nothing can touch it with medium to high cfm fans, 80+cfm...If you can afford it, if not just get one of the cheaper ones...

A bonnie heater core is about like a 320 Swifty or 360BIP with the medium to high cfm fans, and its cheap...Bonnie

Be sure to use a shroud with one, you have ot make htem a little bit different then a rad shroud...

..How to make a dual heater core fan shroud...

..Easy to make Shroud for the Bonnie

..How To: Build A Performance Shroud

One way in a case is to use to make fan brackets and mount them over the components..This si a old case of mine...I just use a bench now..

On my bench I have fan rails over the mobo...

As has been said a shroud helps to close the dead spot in the middle of the airs flow, that means you have air flow over more of the rad..

Gutted 120x38mm fans are the easiest and right depth, I wouldn't buy new good ones to use, just look around the surplus stores and find some cheap....I use to make mine out of aluminum channel, they are kind of a pain because you have to cut semi-circles out in them so it wont restrict air flow...

Them shroud fans dont look like 120x 38 tho mate.. all i have spare are my thunderblades?

There not, that 1/2" aluminum channel on one side and 3/4" on the other...I used that set-up in this shroud testing..Part-1-480 GTX-Temps W & W/O Shrouds ...Once i saw what a difference they do make I went to a full 1.5" on each side and dropped a couple more C..I just put those 2 shrouds together and used 120x38mm gutted fans on the other side...Hey it worked...

With the Pentosin just mix one of those 4 ounce bottles it comes in with 40 ounces of distilled water...Get some of this for a biocide, keeps the crud from growing in your loop.PT Nuke ..I just use 2 drops of it in my loop....
