That RAM is pretty good..most of the DDR3 modules over 1600mhz are still pretty high Q IC's.
As for your setup.. one radiator will be more than enough to cool an entire rig..Chipet's/CPU and GPU's if you like. Top of the food-chain for Rad's would be either a 360 or 480 GTX or a PA120.3 or 120.4 . GTX rad's have much denser fins, which makes tham an ideal candidate for high CFM fans. PA's are very open design, that allows for much lower CFM, if you choose. I had my PA120.3 cooling: CPU,VR1,VR2,NB and SB ..and still maintaining load temps under 50c with my Q6600@ 3.6ghz. More than one rad will really kill your flow rates, especially if you have more than one or two blocks in line.
