Well my first loop is testing now and so far so good. My question is in how to measure the temps. What I would like to do is measure just before the pump (coming from the res ) and after the last block. It seems that koolance has some probles that can screw into a T but can I then plug it into the thermister ports on the SIIE mb? If not, how can I do this?

you would have to get a temp meter and use it in a t-line or if you have a res, stick a thermometer in it.

That BP probe you highlighted does indicate that it will respond to the MB connections whereas the Koolance one does not specifically say so. that certainly will make the BP the safer (and less expensive) choice. I believe I'll combine it fwith the Koolance brass nozzle body and a couple of BP compression fittings.
__________________Two sets of those should do the trick. I think one just before the pump and one after the last block. That should let me monitor my coolest and warmest temps.
