Hey everyone, I just got a lot of help on here a couple days ago but still have a few q's. I will be going with a gtx240 radiator along with a swiftech 335 pump and the res/top for it. I will be going with a apogee gt or gtx block.
I will only be cooling my cpu right now but might add a gpu block later. I have drawn a diagram, please bear with it, to see if that would work to add the gpu block down the road. It will consist of one 120mm radiator and gpu block in a y configuration to and from the pump Picture a separate loop with a y tee coming from the inlet and outlet of the pump, one to the gpu rad and one to the cpu rad on the outlet and on the inlet a y tee as well coming from the cpu block and the gpu block. It will be easier to fit a 240 and a 120 separately rather than the 360

you should've just edited your original post. didn't have to start a new thread....
you would want to do that in series instead.. if you use a t or a y, most of your fluid will run to the one that is less restrictive and you wouldn't want that. and i doubt that those two loops have the same restriction.

I thought since it was a different topic I should make a new thread, how well would it work in a series and how would one go about setting that up?

huh? isn't your Best WC Configuration the same thread as this one though?
it would work alot better than parallel. an example would be res->pump->rad1->cpu->rad2->gpu-> back to res. i think thats what most of the other members would tell you to do too.

I just found that one, when I tried to post that one I kept getting database errors and just waited an hour to post again, or so I thought. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the directional arrows, I think I am gonna do that and just get the 240 right now and add a 120 later if I decide to wc my gpu
EDIT> BTW I am about to get into the top 1000 for folding, WOOT!! cool postbit icon
