These work pretty well..High-Flow Quick Disconnect Couplings by Colder ...You'll need a male and a female for each line..They will still spill a drop or two when you pop them apart...

Also, be sure to get the Hose Barb Shut Off and the Coupling Insert Shut Off rather than the Straight Thru versions. If I remember correctly, I bought the 5/8" size for my 1/2"ID x 3/4" OD Tygon ... I believe the 5/8" refers to the OD of the barbs ... the 5/8" gave me a snug fit as well as a little bit larger opening for less restriction to the flow.

No ... I havn't ... and it's driving me crazy that I havn't had the time.
I had a whole week off from work ... and ended up tearing-up all of my downstairs flooring and prepping it for tile ... all while I was having a new roof installed. I spent today on the roof putting on the gutter guard. wheeeeeeeeee ..... not. ![]()

Hehehehe...Sux don't it.. ... ..I had a couple of big oaks go down a few weeks ago from what was left of the hurricane, I've been having to deal with those, still have to get a new waterline in before Winter, plus all the other Fall stuff...I look forward to it, hopefully they wont be to restrictive..I have some 3/8" ones I could bucket test, but I know those little things are going to be pretty bad..

All I need to get yet is a panel mount for the reservoir ( Graduated 10 gallon tank from USPlastics ) so I can hook the whole thing up.
Been putting the pieces together so I can have a good standard test bed like Martin uses. Oversize block valves and solid brass barbs so that there is minimal influence by the connections themselves. With any luck, I'll be able to get that fitting from USPLastics soon.
