It is a nicely milled acrylic top someone made for a D-Tek Fuzion V2. Now if one made that custom top to go with his custom copper base, then one will have a water block. The block is a D-Tek Fuzion V2 whose picture I already posted; the acrylic top is just makeup.

The second I seen the OCZ HydroFlow I looked it up, found good reviews then seen the price, I now own one, hope its as good as the reviews.
