Your actually using more fans that a system with a HSF, so silence isnt always a given for WC. Like I said, at this point I PERSONALLY cant justify an extra $100 for the "fun of it", but i guess I understand that some people may not have the same money limitations that I do. No arguments though from here, do whatever floats yer boat.

You can always buy the Swiftech H20-220 Compact CPU Water Cooling Kit at newegg for only $140.00 The reason I like this kit is because you get great parts with it. Later down the road you can change the CPU/PUMP combo to a stand alone PUMP. See Martins idea on the pump change over HERE

Id vote one of petra's kits for a starter. Pretty good parts, everything you need, pretty cheap.

I concur; that is to say, my opinion on this matter is well known as being an ardent supporter of the H20 kits by this reputable manufacturer.

Remember the pump alone sells for $65-$75 bucks. All one would have to do is buy the Swiftech kit and later on change the Swiftech pump from 9V to 18V and keep the 240 Rad with built in reservoir just buy new 1/2 tubing and a new CPU block..

Agreed I forgot the top, but I know the Swiftech pump is better then that pump.. Add a All I am saying you can upgrade piece by piece when it is needed.
