Default Potential water cooling build for i7

Well, I built my first PC a year ago and I do plan on upgrading to Nehalem by early 2009. I don't think there's any upcoming water cooling parts release anytime soon, so I need to calculate a budget on my upgrade or well the water cooling parts anyways.

I bought the Antec 1200 a little while ago, and I think I'm going to stick with that case. So was thinking of doing something like this:
Pump (probably with the XSPC res) >> Front Rad (240mm) >> CPU >> Rear Rad (240mm) >> GPU >> Pump
I'm new to water cooling as well so...does it seem right? Or is this not going to work?

I'm actually planning to use this:
Swiftech MCP355 I think newegg has it for around $60
Res
2 GT Stealth 240
CPU block and GPU block I'll assume will cost $120-125 for both.
I'm also deciding on tubing. I want 3/8 ID since it looks easier to work with and doesn't take up as much space. Is there much of a performance difference with 1/2 ID? In terms of fittings I guess it'll cost around $30. So overall I want to keep it under $400 (Preferably around $350 would be nice), the cheaper the better though.
And I'm also pretty sure I'm going to have 4 Yate Loon med speed to push and pull on each rad.

Are there any parts you would change and in terms of value does that seem a bit over priced? Or is there a better option for an internal water cooling system?

Why not just get http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ucts_id=20985? I'm going to use 3/8 tubing and from what I've read there really isn't much of a differnce between 1/2.

You could possibly get the Swiftech Apogee GTZ or the XSPC Delta V3. I heard that they are compatible with the Core i7s.

The XSPC Delta V3 isn't compatible with i7 as standard, we've manufactured the i7 mounting plates and will be re-selling seperatly.

I suspect XSPC will soon revise their universal hold down plate to include i7 though.

I want everything to be internal, the gtx480 is too big for my Antec 1200, and it cost $50 more than 2 GTS240. If I had a full tower Lian Li, I would've considered the GTX480.

As for CPU blocks, I'm not going to worry too much about that for now because I'm not too sure which block would be compatible with i7 just yet.

A double rad will mount fairly easily to the top of the 1200 internally, it only took me about 20 minutes to get mine mounted. I'll take more pics of it this weekend if you want some more to really show it off. There are more pics of my 1200's setup in my sig. Have a look, PM with questions etc if needed

Oh, wow sick set-up! I actually found a a video on where the guy did something similar to what I wanted to do.
Do you have the pics on how to mound a 240mm rad on top? I was considering mounting a 240mm rad to the rear 2 exhaust fan, but mounting it to the top seems like a great idea too.

Sure thing, tomorrow I'll take pics as I'll be taking apart my loop again to add another pump. All you'll need are some little "L" or elbow brackets from Home Depot that I think ran me about $1 or 2. And of course a drill with a small drill bit
