For a CPU only loop with a good pump like a D-5 or 18W DDC they would be pretty good..

They are pretty flow restrictive so in a multi-block loop they wouldn't be to good. If your sure thats all you'll ever have in your loop is the CPU you would be fine. But I hate to see anyone limit themselves with a rad like that, further down the line you might want to add more blocks or use the rad for another loop..It would probably be fine for a CPU and a single GPU flow wise really, we get to nit picky sometimes....The reason the GTS is flow restrictive is because of the wide narrow water channels in it, that does have one advantage, the flow is forced into a turbulent state with this design so even with lower flow it will cool well..A 240 would be plenty for a 45Nm loop..

You need to use medium high cfm or higher cfm fans on them since they have 30 fins per inch, something like this..86cfm Pana .Or these...115 Pana-S/W

If you need the higher cfm fans a really good double row rad like the BIX is what I'd use..BIX 360 ..There not flow restrictive and only have 18 fins per inch, and they are about the same price..I love my BIX.....

Here is a really good rad test on the GTS..It has the BIX and BIP clones and Swifty rads in it also..Good stuff...GTS Review

Yeah I do, the BIX is a good double row rad, you just need to use decent medium-high cfm fans on them..

If you have some kind of space constraints a GTS might work better for that since they are so thin, other then for something like that I'd get a BIX...
