Moved from parallel to series. One pump in the case, one pump out. I have to say, parallel seems to be stronger. Soon I'll have my D4's pushing parallel and my 355's - well - really you'll just have to wait for pics because I'm incorporating two systems into one massive beautiful loop

My elite paint skills. Give a very rough sketch of what I'm building.
See if I can figure this out myself lol... Ok, the 360 Rad is outside with a D4 on the inlet and a D4 on the outlet. It's ONLY purpose is to dissipate as much heat outside. The outlet D4 pushes into a Y fitting where each hose goes to it's own EK 400 Rev2 resevoir. From there the fluid drops into matching 355 pumps with XSPC tops that push into 240 Rads. From the Rad (on each system) it will go CPU/GPU1/GPU2/NB From here each outlet line connects onto a Y fitting that feeds into a D4 pushing it into the 360 Rad outside. I'll probably change this up 40000000 times before it happens, I'm waiting on 2 EK res's and 2 3870 full coverage blocks, and for christmas to hurry up and be over lol.

edit: wow didnt look and see that you had 2 ek 400's after the split, but i think its better to put 1 res before the split instead of 2 after

Possible triple EK 400 res loop LOL
What I was thinking was I can fill both of those resevoirs, as well as each of the 240 rads - MCR-220's built in res - and then power up the 355's while continually filling the 400's so the whole loop gets fed, once filled, I can fire up the D4's and laugh like an evil mad scientist.
