Proving yet again us Northerners are spoiled; it was over 80º F only twice the entire month of July. On the flip side, there is usually a two-week period a year where the temperature does not go more than single-digits Fahrenheit.

Outstanding idea with the water cooling outside; due to the limitations of the air conditioning, it makes sense to run it outside all year round as you said. (Outside is 100º F; inside while PC is on is 100º F, why not just move the loop outside so it is not 100º F inside.) +REP
