How can I tell if I have a buildup inside the radiator? Also, I'm guessing it's about three or four years old (at a minimum).

It's a Black Ice II if I remember correctly. A couple of the fins look a tiny bit bent but I don't know. I'll try posting a picture later.

Another problem I have is mounting the radiator so I might be looking into a new case (where I can externally mount it) or something too...
