lol this hit me instead of using elbows and 90's without having a loss in restrictiveness use copper tubbing same size and diameter as your tubing ie 3/4 inch tube with 1/8 inch wall g1/4 tap/die thread and use a barb using mandrel bends would keeps the flow rate high as possible but yet depending on case size and application it might not work. for example im using a MM Extend Ace CYO which is 24x24x18 so its quiet huge

lol only reason i pointed that out is because since my setup im working on is a 4 loop setup and i have suhc a huge case copper tubing+paint can/will make it look alot cleaner. only killer thing is finding plastic clamps that and hold up good

Some guys do that with copper tubing, or just use over-size 5/8-3/4" plastic 90's.

hey OC'ing,
the 45 Degree barbs, i noticed no restriction in the loop. i didn't have a chance to test the 90 degree or various 90 degree fittings i have.
