I bought one of the Detroit tops of of CD. That is the only WC part I have and its not here yet

Can I join

(I will also accept any advice on what rad, c and g PU blocks, Mobo cooling and tubes.
And should I get Laing D5 or Swiftech MCP655; and variable or not?)
