I'm not sure.......I've pushed my RAM really far, but I don't have the Rampage Formula BIOS flashed anymore. With that I can tighten the MCH timings to get higher bandwidth. I'll give it a shot when I get some more spare time.

I have the same chipset block on my X38 - it's a great block, PIA to mount, but a great block none the less!

Man that thing is a piece of cake compared to the swiftech MCW60s.....those things suck to mount.

The part I hate is tightening the thumbscrews next to the barbs.......they're really hard to turn. I have to get out the needle nose pliers.

..I know on AMD rigs once I'd TEC the chip I could usually tighten up timings, the mem controller is on die with AMD, so maybe freezing the Intels NB might do something...Probably kill it with my luck...

My older P35 board didn't have any tRD options.....I had an ASUS P5K Deluxe. You may be able to tighten the RAM timings some, but I wouldn't expect much performance gain. You may see some SuperPi time shaved off though....I haven't run a huge number of SPi to be able to say.

Thats all I'm looking for is a little off SPI-1M times...I know for general usage Intel likes the higher bandwidth..
