Default need some fan help

i need like 4 120's for my radiator and 2 others inside the case. does anyone have any reccomendatons as to which one i should go with? from what i have read the fan needs to be atleast 70 cfm to really do any benefit for the radiator. as a side not the computer is in my room so id like for it not to be to terribly loud lol. also i have heard yes an no on this but would like a definitive answer. ill be running a water cooling setup along with the regular comp stuff, does turning off your computer hurt it at all when it is oced an all that?

thanks again for all the help

5 tt's, thats like a rocket in your room are you serious, and im happy with what i got. Those tt's arent at the dB's that they say they are at too, more like 30 dB. If u still think the silenX dont do well chek out my rig showcase and see the OC's and temps i have.
