Default Is this coolant UV reactive?

Is this koolance stuff UV reactive? I was gunna use it in my setup because it's the only blue UV reactive fluid i can find.

I was gunna go with distilled water and UV dye....but I can't find an anti-corrosive agent to put in the water that is clear.

Thanks

Plain ethan-1,2-diol - depending on the brand, it is either cloudy-white or pale blue. Either way, it wont affect your dye.

Anyone have experience with that Innovatek stuff? I was gunna use that and dilute it with water because is says it makes a litre.
