Time for an update.
__________________I finally got all of the parts from danger den. It was one thing after another, but Debbi was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The only thing left is to order my cpu water block and exchange 2 of the 80mm fans. For some reason they will light up, but the fans won't turn. I tried them on several 3 pin connectors and used a 3 pin to molex connector with no luck. Just one more thing I have to deal with. ![]() ![]() These are the new optical mounts for my bluray burner, fan controller and 2 reservoirs. 2 are black to match the burner and the fan controller, the other 2 are clear to match the reservoirs. I did this so you won't see the mounts that easily. When danger den sent my them last week, 1 of the clear mounts didn't have the holes to mount it to the case. Had to wait till today to get the finished one plus the screws to mount the drives (home depot doesn't carry m3 x 12mm machine screws) ![]() Here is one of the fans. ![]() You can see there is a switch to turn the lights on and off. I decided instead of having the reset button (something I never use) I'm going to use the it to turn on and off the lights. ![]() I snipped the switch off and extended the wires so I can connect all of them to the single switch. ![]() The white wire on the right is the power wire for the lights. I put it in white shrinkwrap so that it will blend in with the fans and look nice and clean ![]() ![]() Here's what it looks like so far with all of the 120mm fans and radiators installed. ![]() Side view. ![]() And a top view. I'm hoping to be able to get the some more done tomorrow, at the in-laws right now for new years. I hope everyone has a great NEW YEARS and may 2009 be awesome. ![]() ![]()

I really like the white fans but I think the wires should have been sleeved black so they didnt stick out against the black case
still looks good though

I got the 2 fans exchanged today so I will put those in tonight. Picked up a relay at radio shack to run the light switch. I'm going to wire that in this weekend.

Hey everyone. It's been a busy couple of weeks. I only got the chance to do 1 or 2 things over the last several weeks, but I haven't even had a chance to upload the pics. So here are some new ones.
__________________![]() Here is one of the velociraptor's. Didn't realize how small the actual drive is. ![]() All of my drives installed ![]() Got the motherboard installed. Looks nice huh? ![]() All 12GB of ram installed and the mounting screws for the cpu waterblock ![]() Installed the bitspower block. I did the exact same thing that pharohspaw did, by mounting it in the with motherboard mounting screws. The only thing I had to do different is drill some holes in the case. The PSU sits on the bottom of the case, so I had to put the power station a little higher. You can see I also changed the sleeving on the fans from white to black. I have to finish doing that to the fans on the water blocks and I should be able to start on the tubing. I have a problem and need some suggestions. The way the reservoirs are going to mount in the bays, it won't be easy to fill them. I would have to take the top off, then take off the mounting block, just to slide the reservoir out. I didn't plan on using any fill ports. Does anyone have any ideas?
