Well here I go with my first project log. Thanks to everyone that answered any questions I've had so I could make decisions on this build and especially Pharaohspaw for pushing me over the edge on the double wide case. Wish me luck

why the 8800's. they are powerful cards but a build like this cries or gtx 260 for better! it will be nice though with that beauty of a case.

Nah. Just slap a couple 9800GTX+ in there and stick a fork in it.

You got it. Since I don't do that much gaming anymore I don't think its worth it for me to upgrade the graphics cards right now. Maybe next year I'll get some new ones, especially if nvidia progresses with there bada boom program.

really glad you're not wasting money buying a new pair of cards when the 8800GTX's are still kicking strong. looks solid

I have most of my parts, just waiting on a few more things to come Thursday and Friday.
__________________![]() Here's everything I have so far. ![]() I started putting my case together and unfortunately dangerden forgot to give me one of the panels so that will be here on Friday. Guess I have to wait until this weekend to do more.

it looks nice man. like the guy said above. this build begs for you to at least put 2 gtx 260's on there. heres my suggestion on your watercooling.
Cpu: Apogee GTZ L1366 mounting Rad: TFC 360 or GTX 360 Pump: MCP655 variable Tubing: 7/16 ID thats the best stuff out there and it will cool your pc with ease. as for the GPU WB's i would go with the D-Tek FuZion GFX 2 GPU Waterblock with a D-Tek GFX 2 UNI-Sink around it to cool those GPU's. otherwise the build looks nice. ill think ill stick with this Worklog. oh and also do not get the 9800' GPU's. they are a rip off for reasons that i do not want to go into
