Guys i sorta half solved my problem!

The problem is the card is that damn big and heavy that the further it gets from the PCI slot at the back of the case and from the PCI-E slot it begins to slant as its not supported in the inner most side of the case.

At the moment I just wedged a pencil underneath it and across a HDD bay. The card is now near spot on level. Temps drop 20 degress to 49 idl in Vista with fans on minimum!!

You think this would be a complete success but Halo 2 still makes me hit 85+

Quake 4 high 1920 x 1200 sat at like 67 the whole time and thats with all the crap turned on full. Must try it on ultra high.

I think the issue is DX10 tbh cause any of the older games ran fine but I cant seem to turn off the DX10 mode in Lost Planet. Anyway I am much happier with the GPU temps but ea defo in the future and if work picks up that I go back to a 5 day week I think I will be calling heavily on you guys for a new tower and WC setup

Thanks to all those ppl who have helped me and suggested alternatives, I appreciate your help greatly.
