Hmmm.. that may be difficult without power tools.
Perhaps post a "Wanted" thread for a backplate. I know that there are some available around these parts, and certainly there are Folks that could make you one.

Hey guys.
__________________Two quick question. I'll have to drill 2 holes above my 120mm exhaust fan for the rad inlet/outlet. Would any of you guys consider drilling a hole in your case with all your stuff still inside? or is that to big of a risk? I can cover the whole backside of the case & suck all the stuff up from the inside of the case with a vacuum cleaner(by keeping the vacuum near the hole while i drill). Can i leak test with all my gear in my case? nothing will be on, no power attached, i'll be using a second power supply to test.

I would take everything out myself...might get some metal shards on your motherboard you dont want. a bit of that in your hard drive will not be good.

I vehemenetly agree with DD.
I would NEVER mod (with power tools) on a case while the hardware was in it. The risk is just too high for my comfort-level.

__________________Looks pretty cool. I redid my loop. Tested for 3 hours, no leaks yet & i doubt if there will be. Tubing is very tight & i used worm drive clamps. Will post pics tommorow, am too tired now. I need one more zalman fan, for the second rad, so i just used a antec tricool for the time being.
