Hey guys.
__________________I got my stuff today (most of it). Got my mcr220 & 2*mcw60's. I have the swifitech g1/4 1/2' od barbs. How do i know the barbs are tight enough? (the previous stuff i got were already very tight) I don't want to crack anything because of over tightening them. Is there anything wrong with these barbs?

I'm assuming you mean tight in ther thread holes? I ALWAYS use Teflon tape around the threads and then hand tighten.
__________________If you're talking about tubing over the barbs, use 7/16" ID tubing, push the tubing all the way down to the base of he barbs, use clamps of zip ties to keep it secure.

the Oring makes the seal, they only need to be real snug not super tight.

well I didn't really like the looks on those plastic barbs that came with the MCW60... I wouldn't use them amigo but that's just my personal feeling.
