ATM my loop goes like...
Pump > CPU block > GPU Block > 360mm Rad > Reservoir Weres the best place for my sinle rad?

doesnt really matter, just dont put it between the res and the pump. just place it where it fits best in your case and route the tubing so that you have to use the least of it. less tubing will have a greater advantage on your temps than rad placement.

the generally you want to put a radiator infront of every block. for you loop i suggest..
__________________RES-PUMP-360-CPU-120-GPU-RES but as cheilscape said, there isnt going to be much difference between placements.
