[QUOTE=fstfrddy;6639647]Here is a bit of history for ya. This is the very first block I ever made. It was done with hand tools and only a power drill and a jig saw. I didn't even have a drill press at the time. Lots of filing, hacksawing and elbow grease. At the time I wouldn't even consider making one for anyone else because of the time it took to make. It was later converted to 775 and sold after I decided to make the first Triple Nipple. That was also converted to 775 and sold to Dryadsoul and named the D O (dual Outlet)

i can't believe you did it by hand, that must have taken a life time to make .

How do you make them now ?

It took me about two months to complete that first block in my spare time.

Shortly after I bought a cheap drill press and converted it to a rough mill. I made 6 or 7 blocks on that which was no picnic. The requests kept coming, I then convinced the wife that if I were to keep doing it I would have to buy a mill and some other tools, so I got my little Seig X2, A floor drill press, bandsaw, a large and small belt sander...the list goes on. There is still a lot of hand work involved but the blocks are much more precise.
