im going to buy some watercooling bits next week, do i need to insulate the cpu. or is that just for peltiers.

For regular watercooling you will not need to insulate/condensation poof[weatherproof]. Only if you use a peltier or water chillers will you need to do that. Also Phase change, bat thats not watercooling.

Insulating the CPU is just for petliers. water cooling dosent go below ambiant so theres no danger from condensation.
