De-Ionized water + Anti freeze and your good to go
![]() You can also use WatterWetter or Zerex as a substitute for the Anti Freeze

Just use distilled water and add 5% coolant with anti corrosion properties, that's it.

Like transonic said, get a jug of distilled water from the grocery store, fill up your entire loop and then add 2 capfuls of the zerex. It's also a good way to make sure the way is making it around the loop, dump the zerex into the right side of the resevoir (or whichever side is sucking the water) and then watch the other side to make sure the zerex blasts out the other side.

heh... you people make this too complicated
get a gallon of distilled water, and then add 5%-10% of any antifreeze (zerex is no different from any other antifreeze besides the color!!! understand!!!) any any additive designed for cars, such as water wetter and purple ice, etc. do not help at all in WC systems - the water in our WC loops does not reach 200+ ºF, so at the temperatures that our systems operate at, you will see absolute NO cooling benifit with X additive whatsoever, most times it will make temps worse, because water by itself has proven to be the best heat conductor when used for PC water cooling applications
