Default Need some advice

Just finished a custom midtower build. I wish I had a camera, will anyway I droped in a ASUS P4C800 Deluxe board, Intel 2.8c cpu, MSI 6600GT vid card, Ultra X Connect 500w psu, 1gb Corsair XMS series ddr 400mhz and a raptor 36gb. I gutted a Koolance pc3-720 for the liquid cooling, I know its not great but it works.
The advice I was looking for is should I use the gpu block. Its the small one that just covers the gpu. Also when I looked at the tubing size its only 1/4 stuff. I have 3/8od for my cpu and i was wanting to run a parallel system because of koolance's low psi pumps. Would this work or will i burn up the pumps in the parallel setup. Koolance runs them in a push pull setup so this has got me thinking. I can always run in a series but thats to typical. Are there any gpu wb's with 3/8od tubing or other coolers that will do the job. Im addicted to overclocking and Ive gone through 2 other systems (Godbless warrantys)
The only reason im using this koolance system is because im in the process of building a new setup for my other pc. I cant afford buying all new for both so any advice would be welcome thanks.

Need to edit my system sig, please disregard atm.

Thanks for the reply ill look into that. Im wondering how big of a bottleneck using a 1/4gpu (stock koolance cooler) would be. Im just tryin to save as much cash as possible atm. Im building a new system with the pc3-720 case, with an ASUS A8N SLI motherboard, so im holding back on spending to much.
