Default TT BigWater SE Problems

Hey,

I just got my TT BigWater back and i'm gonna use it on my XP 2400+ rig.

It's the SE version which has the seperate resorvior (sp?) and pump.

My problem is that when i have filled up the resorvior and i switch on the computer, the pump fire's up but hardly any water is moving through the system, the air isn't going back up to the res like it should.

What's wrong???

I had this problem and it was that I put the tubes on backwards on the pump Are you sure that they're in the right direction? Meaning that the water is being pushed in the right way. Pinch and hold a tube shut and pump it like that for about 30 seconds and it should help the water get flowing if youre sure that the hoses are on correctly.

@ Bigval

LOL... that's funny.... that's what i did at first, i'm sure they are on the right way now, the bottom outlet is the flow isn't it?

On the drawing on the box it shows the bottom outlet going to the water block.

Well it should be fine then, try the pinching trick

Also, try holding the pump up as high as you can and then lower it down and everything to try to get the air to break up. I had to do that with my pump and my heatercore the first time I filled up my setup.

I had the same problem with my bigwater as well. I found tipping the res up and cycling the system on and off a few times help get it going.
