Danger Den DD12V-D5 Pump
Maze4 CPU Block Acetal Maze4 GPU Block Danger Den Dual 3.5" Floppy Bay Reservoir MCT-40 Non-Cunductive Solution I'm still new to water cooling so tell me if I'm missing something else. What radiator should I get? And radiators are placed outside of the computer, correct?

Ditch the Maze 4 cpu block; it's an old design. The TDX will give you better temps.
About the radiator: since you are cooling both your cpu and gpu, I would go with a double 120mm radiator as a minimum. I would suggest a double heatercore with shroud, but you can also get away with a Black Ice Extreme 2 (not the Pro model, make sure it's the Extreme).

Ok, what about the Black Ice Extreme III? And where is the radiator usually mounted?

The radiator can be mounted pretty much any where there is room. Most people put theirs outside the case, as it's just easier to work on that way. You could also get the Swiftech Radbox(look under liquid cooling products), which mounts to either an 80mm or 120mm fan hole in the back of your case. It will allow you to use either the BIX 2 or double heatercore. It's pretty much up to you and how much work you want to do.

I think I'll go for the BIXII instead of a heatercore (I got money to burn)
