Post I'm thinking about getting water cooling for Christmas - Any ideas

Hey all,
I'm thinking about getting water cooling for my pc for Christmas from my parents (I'm 14 so I can). I need it to be between £250 and £350 (which is $445 and $625). I want it to cool my pc pretty well, as I tend to overclock my pc a lot! I would settle for any ideas of cooling that got me under 15*C and for under £350 ($625).
Thanks for your help everyone! I appreciate it!

Look into phase change.
This guy might still be sellig it, check and see, that is a great price.
BTW, that will get you to atleast -35 C load.

With that much money I rather add in like 200 and go for phase change water only cools down to room temperature but phase goes below 0C. Much more overclocking potential

Seriously though, 15 degrees is a low and potentially expensive temp to aim for.
