They say it will hold your chip and whole mobo a 0C, I bet you would be lucky to hold a hot OC at that, still not really bad for the money.

Your old but sensitive ears are going to have to like listening to something that sounds like a refrigerator running all the time...
![]() 6 of 1... I don't think using rads would help the chiller...seems like it would just raise the loop temps to blow ambient temp air through the rads if the fluid is at -15C or whatever. I think it's one or the other.

Yeah, I'm afraid so but the Triebwerks atleast doesn't have the whine. More like a deep tone. Kinda. And the noise would be at my feet and not straight in my face....
A thought just popped up. Why not just paint the Sonex? Why didn't I think of that before....

Try a latex-based paint.

No you don't use a rad with a chiller, like CD was saying it would just warm your coolant up. You would need to condensation proof your mobo and blocks and use insulation on your tubing.
If one of those would keep a hot chip OC and a NB at 0C load I think it would be well worth it. I e-mailed them once and asked it one of those would take care of a 437W TEC and a high OC'ed chip and he said no. So I'd just e-mail him if your interested and see what it would handle. Or just get a bigger salt water chiller.
