Well I have made the decision to go with water, and I have compiled a list of parts, please let me know if I have all I need, I have hose clamps in garage.

A Promy mach2? Yeah, about as loud as your avrage window mounted air conditioner. They also suck up a lot of watts, so keep that in mind. Phasechange units are pointless unless you get at least an 800MHz OC out of a top of the line processor.
