I know nothing about water cooling. Have build some computers but never used it.

it isn't difficult to install, but it can be complex depending what blocks you're using and how many of it. you'll have restrictions with water cooling with the Antec 900 because it's small -still doable though. For water cooling, you should skimp out on parts, so a really decent water cooling setup could cost upwards of $400 but a budget set (Swiftech H2O-220) is a bit more cost friendly at $300 CAD, so roughly $260 USD. To install it requires common plumbing knowledge, and from personal experience, i'd really suggest you have have some sort of savings for water cooling, because it'll eat up your wallet once you decide to wc everything.

Well if you just wanted to watercool your CPU and use a basic system I believe you can still get the Swiftech H20-220 kit for around $130 on newegg. It's what I started out on and have definetely upgraded since, but, for the time that I used it it was a great system.
