ok well I feel like a complete dumbass. EVGA is shipping back all 3 cards and they all worked just fine according to their notes in the system. I guess my other comp didn't have enough power to even spin the fan on one of them.

I took the mobo up to frys and it posted just fine with all 3 sticks of ram and the CPU. I talked to evga and they said it could be that the waterblocks were grounding on the mobo and causingnit not to post.

I also think it may have to do with no CPU fan BEng plugged in or maybe cause the northbridge fan isn't plugged in? I have no freaking idea. I am so confused.

I had a similar problem when I installed my FC water block for my 4870x2 because I was worried that I would bend the graphics card and over tighten the screws. I lost hope already and I thought that everything was fried or something, but with some more patience I found out that the fullcover waterblock was not touching the GPUs on my 4870x2 card and as a result, my system acted like yours. The reason why mine wont boot was because the GPUs were overheating even while the PC is booting due to the fullcover water blocks not sitting on the GPU properly.

So, make sure the screws of the water blocks are tight enough to touch all GPUs.
As soon as I tightened the screws everything worked like nothing happened.
I hope it will be the same case for you!

This crap is pissing me off...so I take the mobo out and retighten the nb/sb waterblock and put everthing back in and now the comp won't boot...the fans do a half spin and then it dies.

If I try to start it again it won't do anything but if I turn the psu off for a few seconds it will do the half spin thing again and die.

The fans I am talking about are the case fans....those should still spin even if the mobo died right? So I am thinking it's grounding out on something. This is a fkin pain in the ass. I am starting to hate watercooling now.

It was booting before you tighten up the screws on nb/sb waterblock. check for shorting, power connection, etc....

Yeah...I am about to take the motherboard out and check it again.

Some good news is all my brand new evga 260s arrived. They told me all the original cards worked fine remember well they decided to send me all new cards anyway apparently. I'm not complaining lol.

Now I have 3 matching cards instead of two reds and a black one. All 3 are red.
