Some good news is all my brand new evga 260s arrived. They told me all the original cards worked fine remember well they decided to send me all new cards anyway apparently. I'm not complaining lol.

Now I have 3 matching cards instead of two reds and a black one. All 3 are red.

I am trying my hardest to relax lol...I tried loosening the Allen heads on the wb and wiggling it around nothing still. How tight does the northbridge wb need to be? Snug or until my hand hurts from tightening it?

Just a few things to keep in mind, make sure you have the GPU's on the rails correctly and also that they are seated properly when I had my EK res off the HDD cage in my haf, the graphics cards were up against the res and I had to force them down to get them to seat properly. Other than that it is looking awsome I hope you get it up and runnign soon.

I absolutely love my HAF but I absolutely hate the position of the fill port. Its sooooo awkward.

Ok well I retightened them just snug and I even tried taking off the back plate for the hk 3.0 incase it was touching or something. Well that didn't work so I took them off again and tried it with no northbridge waterblock on it at all. Still no luck.

So I took everything out and stuck a piece of cardboard behind the motherboard and tried it that way to make sure nothing was shorting out. Still no luck.

I just tried jumping my hx1000 with the jumper i used to leak test it awhile back (green #4 and black #6) and it doesn't power up my pump, fans or anything. The fans in the case give a half a spin like earlier and etc.

I forgot to mention last night when i first powered it up i smelt an electric burning smell but i didn't think anything of it because the computer was still powering up and stuff. I also heard a pop noise but there was no smoke or anything. I inspected the mobo last night as well and didn't see anything burnt so i thought nothing of it at first until now I tried my power supply and i think it blew something inside of it.

I am going to call and talk to corsair tomorrow and see whats up.

bugger man your parts just don't want to work do they? I hope it all works out for you in the end, don't be disheartened by this about watercooling, once it's all over and done with you'll sit back with your super high OC and then breathe a sigh of relief
