I was having issues getting mine stable at 4 as well. It needed more VTT. Give that a try. HT is awesome

with ht on at 4ghz its around 65*C under load in Linx max after an hour or so, prime95 is even less. Like 59*C.
with ht on at 3.8ghz its around 60*C under load in linx, max after an hour or so.
with ht off at 4.1ghz its around 60*C max under linx load, even less with Prime95.

I was reading up on it, and ht actually hurts gaming performance in some games....since that is all I basically do, I think ht off will suite me better....plus it requires less vcore, vtt, and runs a lot cooler.
