Thank you all once again for your input, everyone on these forums has been great so far, I've been trying to help others with my limited knowledge!
So anyways, My Scythes generate a LOT of air at 100% but I have a speed control and they put out quite a bit around 50%. I put a third fan on the other day but didn't have any good ones laying around so I used a crappy Cooler Master .16 amp (can barely feel the air at full speed). I am planning on buying new fans. Can anyone else confirm that these yate loons are a good upgrade or should I bite the bullet and get the panaflo's? http://www.petrastechshop.com/12yalod1cafa2.html
I'm no expert on WC or rads but when I first started I read quite a few articles and never really heard much about shrouds, I just looked them up and it looks like it helps the fan cool the rad and build static pressure (not really sure). Is it worth making one? After reading all this advice I may place the 3 fans on top of my rad blowing into my case (cooling the rad then internal components also stopped a lot of my dust, I have 2 dogs who shed like crazy so it gets pretty dirty inside). I am adding pics so you guys can get an idea of the setup. Ignore the black tape i got rid of it and remounted the rad)
EDIT: "Also there is a dead spot at the center of the fan blades and that is why you use a shroud. I have a lot of tech books at work and I will see if I can dig up something on fan airfllow theory." ahhh get it

i think it would also help to remove those horribly restrictive grilles and get some of the metal wire type.

I just added the grills (don't really like the looks, friend had them laying around and they protected it on the car ride). After reading earlier posts I took my fans out under the radiator blowing out and had them suck in (bringing cool air through the rad into the case) and so far it brought it down 2degC, and also made it quieter! Woo, now just need some good fans!

Grats! Keep up the good work! I wanna see some low temps, that's a nice loop you got built!
If it were me, I would bite the bullet and get the Panaflos, but that's because I am a big panafan I guess. The yates and scythe's, even the delta's can perform up there with the panaflos, I just like the design/look/sound of the panaflos... They look way meaner and more durable than other fans out that yet elegant at the same time.

A question at hand is you used to have your fans pulling from case pushing into rads. One thing to take in to consideration is your ambients inside case. On the best rads the water temp will be 1c over ambient from what I have read.( dont quote me on that 100%) So theoretically speaking if your ambients hits 32c+ so will your water temp... but in a previous post you said you just changed fans to pull into case... You might want to do some tests swapping radiator and fans to reflect like this Air from outside case -> fan -> rad -> case ->exhaust. See what happens... with out low ambients you wont get low water temps......

:EDIT: As far as fans go refer to martins tests at Part 1 & Part 2

Hope this helps,
Naut

I use 4 of these on a push pull setup and idle at 23C @ 4.25. Love the fans and they arent crazy "Delta" loud. Just wait till the winter when the window comes open and I ice that radiator up. I love the winter just for sick OC.

Thanks for the posts guys.
Naut- When I first got things set up I thought pushing the air out was the best idea (never really thought of an alternative) but after all these helpful posts I realized part of the problem was that I was blowing air that was warmed up by all my components through the rads (higher ambient=higher water temp, like you said)
So I realized that if I suck cooler room temp air through the rad the colder air comes in contact with the rad first then warmer air comes into my PC (not really an issue considering I have CPU, NB and GPU Watercooled). Not to mention it's much quieter. I just need the fan replacements I need to figure out what I can afford (money is tight now, might have to skip on the panas) Thank you for the links, I read into that a bit but I've been quite busy so I'll fully read them soon.
Tweex- Thanks for the recommendation, I'd like to get those but like I said money is tight so I'll look around. If I want a really quiet setup, are there any specific fans good to run at around 30-50% (or a quiet level)? I know I heard something about certain fans being good to undervolt.

When I go to do my wc project it will be huge. Im doing it more just to take up time as a new hobby....... Going to be using a MM Extended Ascension CYO. it will be the duality rear panel putting 2 computers in the case. It will have a total of 8 radiators in Push/Pull. I have decided to go with Yate Loon D12SH-12 They are the higher RPM version and they are only 6.99.. acording to Martins tests they did fairly well for the price, and reviews are pretty good. Also read they do well with fan controlers that lower voltage. Noise levels seem to be accepable even at max rpm.

Just my 2 cents for a decent Budget fan.

Thanks for the fan tip. 8 rads?!?!?! I know it's 2 computers but still seems like quite a bit. Last night I took my whole computer apart and flushed my system and FINALLY did some wire management, not a perfect job but looks 100 times better than it did, I'll post pics later tonight. The thing about 8 rads is that I think you'll find that even after 4 (2 on each comp) that you will probably be close to ambient temp (depending upon what you are cooling, how many items in your loop?) Right now my fans are on pretty high (not too loud) and my water temp is 89F and my room temp is 83F so I mean I have CPU,NB and GPU with one triple 120 rad and it does a pretty good job, I could see upgrading to 2 but I think 8 might be a bit crazy, but cool at the same time

yeah im just doing it basicaly for the hell of it. Something that would be a pretty good challenge to fit in a case and that would take countless hours of computer building awsomeness...... Its not 100% locked in but someTHing like this

PC1
Loop 1 RESV -> PUMP -> 360RAD -> CPU(TEC) -> 120RAD -> NB -> RESV
Loop 2 RESV -> PUMP -> 360RAD -> GPU1 -> 120RAD -> GPU2 -> RESV
Loop 3 RESV -> PUMP -> 360RAD -> MOSFETS/VREGS -> RAM -> 120RAD -> SB -> RESV
Loop 4 RESV -> PUMP -> 360RAD -> 2XHD1 -> 2XHD2 -> 2XHD3 -> RESV

PC2

UNDECIDED.......

When i do it though i want to design it in a way that it is all easly swapable. meaning like chaning a video card takes like 5 minutes....... changing ram takes like 5 minutes ect......
