The GTZ is NOT a G1/4'' fitting. FYI, as I found out last night.
Fittings & tubing compatibility The Apogee™ GTZ ships pre-installed with chrome plated high flow 1/4" BSPP x 1/2" barbs and also includes a pair of 3/8" barb fittings. EDIT: After further study, I have found that the information I read last night might be wrong. I think that they are the same, so now Im more confused then before. If I am wrong I would love to know asap.

AFAIk 1.4 bspp is the same as G 1/4
a lot of barbs i looked at said bspp1/4 and G 1/4 I used bitspower/danger den barbs on mine and thry threaded perfectly. Barb Size: ~1/2" OD (~14.5mm at widest point in barb tip), 10.1mm ID Thread Size: G 1/4" (BSPP)

Apparently through out my readings, it shows they are the same. the G in the size indicates that it is a parallel thread instead of tapered. but the 1/4'' is the important part. Its a BSPP 1/4'' non tapered (G) fitting. That is what I have gathered.

...that way the inlet is still the inlet. Bare in mind that some waterblocks instruct that it has to be positioned a specific direction to ensure efficient cooling. You may wanna check and see if the GTZ is one.

I already corrected myself. Thanks. I even wrote out what it means.
