well i installed my setup like 3weeks ago and its been running mid 20's but everytime i turn it on i can hear the water start to rush and i can see really tiny bubbles going around, why wont these leave?

i have felt around and dont feel any water around the connecting lines. so is there a problem?

I doubt it, it's probably more the issue that you didn't bleed properly. Shut off your pump and let the bubbles collect. Then, shake your pump around with whatever tube goes to the T-line facing upwards. That should let alot of air out, and then go through the process of bleeding it out of the rest of the system.

Sound's to me like air trapped in the sytem.

I would open the system to the atmosphere either at the T-LINE STOPPER or the RES and run it for a 1/2 hr or so then close it up.

On start up you could hear some cavitation in the PUMP but this should stop shortly after startup.

cheers
