http://www.petrastechshop.com/swmcin12pu.html Fans really depend on how quiet you want it. When I watercooled I used Yate Loons from Petras and they did great. (I've heard YLs from other stores than petras use smaller motors or something like that) http://www.petrastechshop.com/120x25mmfans.html

i don't know who people keep discussing loop order, it makes no real life difference.
put the res before your pump and route the tubing so it's the shortest and has the least about of tight bends. period 1. medium or high speed yate loons are the best price/performance, just like the rad itself. i have 6 high speed yates for each of my mcr320's in push pull. 2. check out the newer D5 Pumps Swiftech MCP355 with XSPC Acrylic Reservoir for Laing DDC or EK-DDC X-Top Rev 2 Swiftech MCP655 Vario - adjustable speed and 1 speed faster then the basic Swiftech MCP655 Basic - is equal to the vario on setting 4. 3. not sure, don't own the case. i would go external for best temps. 4. since your wanting to shop from petras get masterkleer, it's $.49 a foot. grab 10 feet. the problem with hardware store tubing is it's not soft and is rigid at water cooling temps which results in leaks. no matter what your budget is, thats a horrible pump and should never be recommended, or anything thermaltake.
