Check out dangerdenstore.com and put together a list of what you can afford and post it here. This way members can have an idea of exactly what you are looking for. I know you said you don't know what you're going to need, but there will be folks out there who will tell you if you forgot anything.

Well, I must say you have a good setup, except the PSU. You need a good aftermarket PSU. These are the best ones, from best to moderate: PC Power and Cooling, OCZ, Antec, Enermax, and Tagan.
As for watercooling, I can help you out a lot! I've done a very successful build. Let me start you off with a waterblock. This is the best consumer waterblock out there you can get your paws on. It's the third product down from the top. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatal..._Swiftech.html Storm G4 waterblock, (In pounds) 39.25 Next, a radiator. Go to your local car parts store, and see if you can find a good decent-sized radiator. I'd look for something you can fit 2 120mm fans on. If you can get it in the UK, get a 1977 Pontiac Bonneville heatercore, without A/C. Third, a pump. You can look all around for pumps, but I reccomend the Swiftech MCP655 pump, 7th on the list I posted above. As far as tubing goes, you can order Tygon 1/2 inch tubing. Tygon works great because of a thicker sidewall, which prevents kinks. Whatever tubing you order, get 12 feet of it. Hope this gets you started.

Here are heatercores that you dont have to put fittings on, their put on for you
http://www.dangerdenstore.com/home.php?cat=14 I have heard alot of bad things about the storm since swiftech bought it out. so I would get a TDX or the MX6002 swiftech block. as for pumps i would get a enheim http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...&cat=26&page=1 BTW be sure to get good clearflex tubing http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...&cat=33&page=1 and clamps so you dont leak ^^
