When stress testing my primary gfx card goes over 95°C, which is something I really don't like. After about 30 minutes of Crysis it's at 78°C as well...
__________________So I'm wondering, should I consider some aftermarket cooling? I still have the stock cooling on it (that special dual fan cao cao edition from gainward). I'm thinking of moving to watercooling in a long term, so I thought it might be a good idea to start with just the gfx cards. What kind of water cooling systems should I be looking at? I'd like to cool my 2 gfx cards, my cpu, and if possible my chipset (its getting quite hot). I'd like to start with only my 2 gfx cards (I just got a noctua cooler for my cpu, thats good ).So any suggestions or advice? Thanks

for a easy fix, change out the thermal paste as they put way to much on.
otherwise check out the swiftech MCW60's for a core only solution and a 120.2 or 120.3 sized rad. for pumps look into the D5 or DDC3.2 pumps. http://gilgameshreviews.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=75:ho kiealumnus&catid=40 verclocking-and-cooling&Itemid=86

What's your ambient temperature?
And also, if your gonna watercool those cards and possibly your northbridge, you might need a pretty powerful pump and a 360 radiator. Maybe try to MCP655 or a DDC with a XSPC top. I second what spawn-inc said, since the mcw60's, since they're pretty versatile if your ever gonna change your gpu in the future. Just remember to also get some ramsinks for your card too.

Thanks for the info but... I'm a bit confused. I see this on the Swiftech website:
__________________![]() Where do I get the whole big block thing then? The ram also gets pretty hot and it would be nice to have that cooled with it. EDIT: Nevermind the above actually... I just can't find ANY reseller of decent WC parts that delivers to belgium

Right, I found a shop and put together some parts. What do you guys think about this:

You might need a better radiator than the rs360. Im not sure how it performs, since there aren't any tests on it. If you can, get a RX360 with some good 38mm fans, since they have high static pressure.
The D5 pump is good, just make sure your getting the variable model. You might have a problem with the reservoir, since bay res's are known to make an annoying "sloshing" sound. If you can, just get a swiftech micro res. The two plastic inserts inside the reservoir help to lower the sloshing effect.

Well this is the only shop I can order from I'm afraid (can't find any others in belgium).
__________________I'll have another look for the rad/bay. I do have a question about the tubes though. All the components seem to have a 1/4 fitting, while the pump has a 1/2 fitting. How will this work? EDIT: Updated list with the micro reservoir. Is such a small reservoir enough actually? The 1/4 fitting is the screw part of the barbs. It converts the 1/2" fitting to a 1/2" barb.
Oh yeah, and another thing. When selecting tubing, its best to go with 7/16" tubing. The slightly smaller diameter will make sure that it will fit snugly on the 1/2" barb. This way, there's less chance for leaks.

I can't find any of that 7/16 tubing

Probably not, since the 5/16 is meant for 3/8" tubing.
