7/10
No GPU block and a TDX dosn't cool as well as an RBX, a Storm G4 would be a much better choice.

Why does an RBX cool better? Yeah man i want the G4, but I dont want to make everyone spend a crapload on me for christmas, so maybe in the future I will upgrade it . I dont really want a GPU block, I just want all CPU cooling, dont wanna add more heat to the system.

RBX's have 2 outlets and they just cool better because of their 1 inlet 2 outlet design.

Get another foot of Clearflex or even 2, trust me you might need it.

I'd get a diffrent pump, Hydor's aren't doing so good atm..

I'd recommend the Swiftech MCP655, It's a DC pump (12v) plug's into a molex , it's got a Potentiometer so you can adjust it's speed making it almost silent .

You only need that kind of flowrate (>500GPH) when your using a high resistance W/C setup, i.e: A CPU Block, 2 VGA Block's/SLI Block, 1 Chipset block and 2 Dual Heatercores.

You my friend are not using that.

360GPH (I think it's 360) will do you just fine.

EDIT://
