New low price for Swiftech Storm-

I see the Swiftech Storm is now on sale a various places for as low as $59.Is this because a upgrade is around the corner I wonder or are they (swiftech) just having a hard time selling them...Iwas thinking(uh-o) about getting 1 as they are a copy of the famous G4 storm from down under...
