Those are 110cfm fans we're talking about. Do they lack pressure? Yes, but not enough to make those fans the weak point of his loop.
I think you thinking of the Ultra KRAZE

Your rad is designed around low speed/low pressure fans, his rad may not be.

It's called Ultra Kaze, and no, those are rated for 133cfm.

I have some Kaze's but don't use them for anything right now.

Different loops, different ambients, different CPU, cooling my mobo...

Completely true.

I just doubt that the fans are the problem since a 110cfm Slipstream is better than a 50-70 cfm fan with better pressure.

I'd like to know which rad it is either way, though.

hurrp?

Not when you compare CFM to noise. Slipstreams are louder on radiators than in open air, and are out-done by even GentleTyphoons on a radiator when you compare airflow to noise ratios.

Aside from that, newer Slipstreams have a nasty habit of dying after a short while on restrictive surfaces.

Replace those fans and watch the difference...its the only reason your coolant is so warm.

The only factors that would influence his temps are airflow and pressure, so noise is irrelevant.

I've had mine for a year and none of them have had a problem. I've had two Antec fans die though.

Way to totally contradict any point your trying to prove.

So your saying that even if a slower fan has more pressure it still isn't as good? I'm sure a 38mm thick fan would beat the slipstreams at a fraction of the speed.

If noise is irrelevant why don't we all just settle for 200+ Cfm deltas .

No offense mate but your defending the fans for what reason? You clearly stated that their not the best for the job and I don't see why you'd be recommending he keeps them when hes invested hundreds of dollars into his loop already. Why cheap out on something like fans?
