Default mcw30 waterblock and GA-EP45-UD3R

Would I able to successfully mount an MCW30 waterblock on my GA-EP45-UD3R motherboard's northbridge?

I just bought it for a good price and I was wondering if I would run into any problems with the mounting holes?

If there are any problems, is there something I could do to make it work regardless?

If it doesn't fit you can unscrew one side the mounting brackets and open up the bracket a bit like shown below. The pic is a little dark but it shows what I am trying to describe. The mounting holes in the board are circled in red.

By the way the EP45 boards don't benefit from watercooling the chipset.

Thanks for this.

I got a good deal on it ($15) so I might as well. I don't like how hot the heatsink is even if it's normal and I have a watercooling setup already, I just need to add it in and I'm good. But thanks for the suggestion and the pic.
