Default Did I just brick my card?!

Yes, you saw right. I leaktested for nearly 30 hours to be on the safe side, and definitely nothing, everything was watertight. I hooked up everything proper, booted, it POST'ed, and when the video feed popped up on the monitor, everything was distorted beyond comprehension...colors were off, there were lines and blocks everywhere, simply a nightmare. I switched the DVI cable to my 2nd card, and that didn't even give a video feed when I booted, even though it still POST's. I tried just letting it do its thing with the 1st card, but after it gets to loading Windows it BSOD's.

What the hell did I do wrong? I'm using MCW60's, I put Enzotech memory sinks on all the memory chips surrounding the core, yet somehow these cards seem totally bricked! What do I do?

If it's not a leak, you probably need a remount.

The second card may not output anything because it's not the primary display card (some motherboard do different things). Have you ever been able to get a display from the other card?

To be honest I've never tried to get a display with the 2nd card in this mobo, so you could be right that the UD3P doesn't like getting a display from the other slot. So remount the MCW-60's and see if it gets me anywhere? It's not that some other part of the card needs the memory sinks? I put 12 or 14 or so blocks on the black chips that were immediately next to the core, I was under the impression that sometimes they don't even need to be cooled so I was just being safe rather than sorry.

For sudden instant artifacts and it's not a leak, I would suspect GPU core overheating. Did you remove the film protecting the block's base?

These are used blocks from OCN members. There was no film, just a copper base. I've even lapped them slightly. So it's overheating instantly? That's pretty scary. You're sure it's the MCW60's fault and not that I need enzotech sinks anywhere else?

GPUs and CPUs will overheat within seconds without a heatsink.

I doubt it is memory overheating. It could be the power regulators but those should be able to take a bit of heat. Post a high res pic and we can look to see if you missed a spot?

Keep in mind in the 2nd pic one of the sinks fell off on the top side, so there'll be another one. I've only got like 6 or so blocks left.

I got rid of the TIM on the cores, reapplied some more, and reseated the MCW60's. I got the same issue. There's got to be something to do, my loop is definitely not leaking and these cards were working great when I was on air.

take your stock cooler and look at what it has thermal paste or pads on. you NEED to put an heat sink on all those parts.

from what can see you are only cooling the core and memory. there is a chip to the left and the volt reg's to the right that need cooling.

Did you bleed you system of air? could be air stuck in the heatsinks.
