i currently have the Corsair H50 and i was wondering if it would worth it to switch to Swiftech's Apex Ultima kit
i have an I7 920 D0 @ 4,2Ghz here are my temps with HT off Idle: 42C Load (prime 95): 70C Ambient now: 22C Summer: 35C i would also like to turn HT on sometimes when video editing... also would it help lowering my voltages?

If I were you I would save your money and get a heatkiller and a 360 or 480 rad. (actually, that is what I am doing)

Is the heatkiller really better?
Also i doubt a 360 rad wil fit inside my case but i will only watercool my cpu... Which one should i get? And what will be the difference in my temps?

yes the apex will beat the H50. the H50 was meant to compete with high end air only, not custom or swiftech kit water cooling.

check out the ocn watercooling club in my sig for some really neat ideas of what you can do with watercooling stuff.
as to the heatkiller performance, yes. you would see a HUGE benefit from making your own loop over using that (or any) kit. kits as a rule do not perform well and are prone to leakage.
