If you have a res, just let it go to the top of the res, it will sort itself out in a few days I speculate.

Was thinking of that Gas X like on the tv commercial.
Maybe some tums or rolaids.

Naw, chemicals won't do much for you. Where is it foaming? Just let it work itself out, it will in time.

I don't know what the effects on the parts and effectiveness of the coolant might be, but has anyone tried using Rug Doctor defoamer?? If I remember right it does something to lower the surface tension of the water/cleaner mix. Rug Doctors have brass and stainless steel fittings as well as rubber seals so it might not be detrimental to the system, but then they don't worry too much about corrosion either. Maybe someone will be willing to be a guinea pig and try it out?

I think you should fix your problem first, before going onto a chemical band-aid solution..

My setup with a reservoir is bubble and air free within 1 minute of turning it on.. And id imagine a T-line should get your system bubble free iwthin 24 hours..

Where is your T-line on your loop? Got any pictures of it?
