Ultra Kaze's are great fans.

I wouldn't imagine two 420 Swiftech rads bogging down a 355 too badly. What else would you have in the loop? It really depends on the restrictiveness of all of the parts.

If you're looking to purchase parts, try to get a 655 used. They pop up around here all the time for about $50. It's where I got mine

I'm going overkilling. I'm going to buy 2 HD4890. WC Both Plus the CPU with Swiftech Apogee GTZ. Not shore want waterblocks I'm going to git for the gpu. I'm building first the cpu and adding 1 more rad and waterblock for the gpus.

If you're going for overkill, don't get the Swiftech rads. I love mine, but there are better performers out there. You'll definitely want the 655 to push through all of that, as well.

Check out the Feser 360 or another one of those radiators with high fin density that benefit from high CFM/high static pressure fans, like Sans Aces or Deltas. A good 240 rad should be good for the GPU's and a 360 should be good for the CPU. Also, are you planning on doing this with your 955?

Also, you can do MUCH better than a GTZ. My block, the Enzotech Sapphire, is second only to the Heatkiller in terms of real world performance. It's also $35 off Newegg. They both beat the GTZ handily in most tests. The tests that I've seen were with an i7, but I imagine the results would be similar for a 955. Also, the Sapphire has a great flow rate, which would be nice for your setup since the GPU blocks are going to be quite restrictive.

1 Swiftech MCR420-QP can keep my system cool, but 2 Swiftech MCR420-QP I will would not need to upgrade my rad for years to come(7+).

1.) Not bad, but loud, and the static pressure could be better. Also a very good chance of extraneous noises when undervolted.

2.) Should be able to handle it with an aftermarket top. An MCP355+EK/XSPC top will be as good, if not better then the 655. Flow will be a little less, but there is more head.

Is this a question?

If so, I think future chips are running cooler at higher clocks. So you might not need as much in the future.

I think that's because they're able to withstand heat better. For instance, my 4890's are perfectly happy running in the 90°C range, even though I don't like it.

But the cooler you keep the cpu or gpu the longer it will last. Like keeping ocing cpu using voltage in safety range.
